What CAN be withdrawn is: (1) your original deposit, always; (2) profits generated from your own deposit funds, always; (3) profits from bonus funds, after meeting the volume requirement. Weekly / Activity Bonus

Withdrawal made before meeting volume requirement. This is the #1 cause by far. The moment you withdraw any funds while a bonus is active and the volume requirement is not yet met, the bonus credit is removed automatically by the system. The system does not warn you before it happens. Always check your volume progress in Members Area → Promotions before withdrawing.

Withdrawing part of the original deposit with an active 50% bonus. The 50% deposit bonus is tied to your deposit amount. Reducing your deposit balance (even partially) while the bonus is active triggers automatic bonus removal. Trade with the full deposit until the volume requirement is met, then withdraw.

Trading prohibited instruments or strategies. XM bonus terms restrict certain trading behaviors including arbitrage strategies, martingale systems designed to exploit bonuses, and certain high-frequency scalping patterns during news events. - Only trading during market hours counts — not during weekends or holidays
